Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack Switchback has scratches on the underside of all the panels. The drivers side cab panel hinge has a small blemish. There are gaps between the panels and the weatherstripping is misaligned which could cause the cover to leak in these areas. This cover has cosmetic issues and could possibly leak.
