Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack SE has scratches and tooling marks on the underside of the cover. One of the mid panel gutters is not textured and has a shiny appearance. There are gaps in the gutters between the panels that may cause the cover to leak in these areas. This cover has cosmetic issues and could possibly leak.
